When the practice partnered with LMR, many of their clients were arriving after trying numerous solutions without success, often feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, and unsure where to turn next. The challenge was not just to communicate services, but to clearly articulate the compassionate philosophy that made their approach so impactful. 

LMR overhauled their SEO and landing pages, and developed a strategic digital presence designed to reflect the practice’s core values: listening first, honoring each individual’s story, and guiding clients toward meaningful change. Through thoughtful messaging and positioning, the brand now highlights the practice’s commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment where people of all backgrounds and identities feel welcomed and affirmed. 

To make the practice more approachable and engaging, the founder, Molly, created personal videos which added a human touch, and increased trust with prospective clients. 

Working with private pay clients often presents unique challenges, including the difficulty of tracking steady growth in new appointments. To tackle this, we partnered closely with the client to create educational videos that clearly explained the benefits of private pay. By providing valuable, easy-to-understand content, these videos helped potential clients feel more informed and confident in their decisions.

The impact was significant: engagement rates rose noticeably, and the quality of incoming leads improved dramatically. This approach not only strengthened the client’s connection with their audience but also created a more effective pathway for converting interested prospects into committed clients.

LMR enhanced Restore Counseling’s digital strategy by running highly targeted Google Ads across key therapy specialties, including postpartum, perinatal, individual therapy, and trauma.

This approach ensured the practice reached the right audience with services tailored to their needs.

In parallel, LMR launched a comprehensive SEO strategy featuring blogs, service pages, and resources that emphasized the benefits of private pay. 

To maximize results for our client, we designed ad campaigns that focused on groups most likely to benefit from their services. At the campaign level, we intentionally avoided exclusions for gender, age, or income, allowing the campaigns to capture the broadest potential audience.

However, at the ad group level, we refined targeting to align with specific service offerings. This structure ensures that each ad speaks directly to the interests and needs of the audience most relevant to that service.

By combining broad campaign reach with precise ad group targeting, we were able to increase engagement, improve lead quality, and drive more meaningful interactions with prospective clients.

The strategies delivered exceptional results, significantly lowering the barrier for specialized care. By optimizing high-intent search terms, the campaign achieved a 5.61% click-through rate, far exceeding industry benchmarks. 

Across the duration of the campaign, the strategy generated 3,170 highly targeted clicks and 120 total conversions, maintaining a robust 3.79% conversion rate.

By focusing on niche therapy specialties rather than broad search terms, the practice was able to reach the right audience at a fraction of the typical market cost, ensuring a high-quality lead flow for their clinicians.
