Lauren Parker, Account Director & CEO
She | Her
Lauren is a digital marketing expert & private practice veteran. She has been scaling healthcare businesses for over ten years starting with the practice she founded and operated up until its acquisition in 2018. As a lover of spreadsheets & numbers, Lauren focuses on data-driven marketing strategies with measurable ROIs. She has personally been through it all when it comes to service-based businesses and offers her experience and expertise to her clients as they navigate the ups and downs of their own businesses. When she isn’t working and mom-ing, you can find her painting, wood-working, DIYing, cooking, reading, or binge watching TV Shows.
Tori Gilmore, Account Director
She | Her
Tori is an ambitious marketing professional with experience in growing brands through content creation, email and social media marketing, and advertising for businesses of all sizes. Her goal through marketing is to connect and empower businesses based on strengths, understanding, and objectives. In addition to her experience in marketing, she has owned a wedding photography business since 2013 and is passionate about capturing special moments and curating the perfect wedding day for her clients.
When she’s not working she enjoys trying new restaurants, going to concerts with friends, traveling (she loves a good road trip!), joining every book club she can, and cuddling the joys of her life, her dog Scout and cat Dolly.
Shannen Erler, Account Director
She | Her
Shannen is a content creator and digital marketer. She has extensive experience in connecting brands with their audience in the most authentic, aligned way through content design and marketing strategies. Her passion in content creation and marketing is fueled by the goal to help brands, and individuals, succeed and reach their goals, in every way possible.
After growing up in Washington, DC, she moved across the country (with her cat and fiancé in tow) to Colorado, where they’ve been exploring and growing since. When she’s not working, you can find her drinking a large iced coffee, buying too many books, searching for new music, and working on her own self-growth.
Sophia Mackey, Account Director
She | They
Sophia Mackey is an Atlanta-based virgo, accomplished artist, and graphic designer with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a certificate in Women’s/Gender/Sexuality Studies from Georgia State University. She combines her passion for art and her love for the people by creating designs that serve marginalized communities. She has experience in digital portrait illustration, social media content creation, and mural design & installation. Sophia has worked with brands such as Google, Adult Swim, Dove, and more. Her goal through design is to uplift Black, queer, disabled, and similarly marginalized individuals and communities. Outside of work, you can find her digitally doodling, drinking iced coffee, listening to neo-soul, and patiently waiting for Halloween to come back around.
My Mai, Account Manager
She | Her
My is a seasoned digital marketing and creative professional with over eight years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Creative Writing and a minor in Journalism from the University of Houston.
With a strong background in content marketing, social media, and digital strategy, My has worked with leading brands and startups. She is passionate about the art of storytelling and using different marketing tactics to bring different brands’ visions to life.
Outside of work, My is a member of the Rare Beauty community by Selena Gomez, and actively participates in discussions that promote mental health awareness. She enjoys traveling, watching movies, jiu-jitsu, and spending time with her 5 dogs and family.
Jade Rasmussen, Account Manager
She | Her
Jade Rasmussen is a detail-oriented marketing professional with a Master’s in Business Administration and a passion for creative strategy, content, and execution. As an Assistant Account Manager at LMR, she brings a balanced approach to every project, blending strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for aesthetics and design.
She then spent over two years as an in-house marketing consultant for a counseling firm, where she led content creation, managed social media platforms, and developed brand voice and visual identity.
While she’s drawn to the aesthetics of content creation, she’s equally passionate about balancing visual appeal with purpose- using design to tell a story, communicate clearly, and connect meaningfully with the audience.
Outside of the office, Jade enjoys spending time with her two big dogs and backyard chickens, trying new recipes, painting, and letting her creativity flow on TikTok.
Tristan Coyne, Copywriter
He | Him
Tristan is a writing and marketing geek who enjoys long walks on the beach, Rocky-style workouts and Spotify – in that order. Before LMR, Tristan was a copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather for 2 years. This was until he decided to pursue the “digital nomad” lifestyle in Asia, working from home and coffee shops, accompanied by copious amounts of cappuccinos and avocado toast. He has worked with brands such as Audi, Volswagen and Revlon, and is a self-proclaimed “Jack of all trades” in the field of digital marketing and sales.
Simran Sharma, Content Creator
She | Her
Simran is a copywriter based in Mumbai, India with over 3 years of experience in the industry. She’s a roller coaster freak and enjoys her ride on the front seat, because life is too short to not experience adventures. Having a background in Advertising and Digital Marketing, she loves curating and strategizing creative content for her brands. She’s also a firm believer of upskilling and is always eager to learn new things. When she’s not working, you’ll either find her binge watching or enjoying dumplings or both.
Madeline McGregor, Assistant Account Manager

Maddie is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a background in consumer behavior, content creation, and digital marketing. Originally from Wisconsin and now based in New York City, she brings a curious, creative approach to her work and enjoys finding simple, engaging ways to help brands tell their stories. Outside of LMR, Maddie is a foodie who loves trying and reviewing new places, is happiest anywhere with live music, and has big dreams of traveling all over the world. She’s also a big dog person – and if you have a cute one, she’ll probably volunteer to walk it.
Parker Woodword, Assistant Account Manager
He | Him
Parker is a digital marketing and client strategy professional with experience across sales, content creation, CRM automation, and performance driven campaigns. Having grown up around entrepreneurs and the world of digital marketing, he brings a strong blend of creativity, psychology, and data minded execution to every project.He has worked with clients in mental health, coaching, healthcare, and high ticket sales, helping them optimize funnels, build effective marketing systems, and craft messaging that resonates. Parker is passionate about understanding human behavior and using those insights to support clear, measurable growth.Outside of work, he enjoys exploring psychology, personal development, and taking his labradoodle on hikes in the mountains
