Lauren Parker, Account Director & CEO

She | Her

Lauren is a digital marketing expert & private practice veteran. She has been scaling healthcare businesses for over ten years starting with the practice she founded and operated up until its acquisition in 2018. As a lover of spreadsheets & numbers, Lauren focuses on data-driven marketing strategies with measurable ROIs. She has personally been through it all when it comes to service-based businesses and offers her experience and expertise to her clients as they navigate the ups and downs of their own businesses. When she isn’t working and mom-ing, you can find her painting, wood-working, DIYing, cooking, reading, or binge watching TV Shows.

Talyah Regusters, Account Manager

She | Her 

Talyah Regusters is a multi-faceted digital marketer with a background in Marketing Psychology. She has experience in search engine optimization, advertising, website development, graphic design, and copywriting. Talyah graduated from North Carolina State Univeristy in Raleigh, North Carolina with a degree in Philosophy & Psychology. She is Google Search Ads Certified and passionately works to help people find the professionals they need to live a happier, healthier life.

Prior to joining the LMR team she worked for Choosing Therapy, a mental health article site with over 3 million monthly readers. She worked on the SEO team before being promoted to the PR Manager where she was accomplished in getting therapists featured as mental health experts in many large online publications such as Huffington Post, FOX News, The New York Times, Psych Central, Healthline, QZ, The Knot and many more.

Outside of work Talyah loves playing video games, walking outdoors, and cooking in the kitchen. She is also a jiu-jitsu gold medalist and is on her journey to becoming a black belt.

Shannen Erler, Account Manager

She | Her

Shannen is a content creator and digital marketer. She has extensive experience in connecting brands with their audience in the most authentic, aligned way through content design and marketing strategies. Her passion in content creation and marketing is fueled by the goal to help brands, and individuals, succeed and reach their goals, in every way possible.

After growing up in Washington, DC, she moved across the country (with her cat and fiancé in tow) to Colorado, where they’ve been exploring and growing since. When she’s not working, you can find her drinking a large iced coffee, buying too many books, searching for new music, and working on her own self-growth.

Tristan Coyne, Copywriter

He | Him 

Tristan is a writing and marketing geek who enjoys long walks on the beach, Rocky-style workouts and Spotify – in that order. Before LMR, Tristan was a copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather for 2 years. This was until he decided to pursue the “digital nomad” lifestyle in Asia, working from home and coffee shops, accompanied by copious amounts of cappuccinos and avocado toast. He has worked with brands such as Audi, Volswagen and Revlon, and is a self-proclaimed “Jack of all trades” in the field of digital marketing and sales.

Amanda Donohue, Assistant Account Manager

Amanda is an Assistant Account Manager at LMR Marketing, where she combines her passion for mental health and marketing to craft impactful strategies for clients. With a background in journalism and extensive experience in marketing and communications, Amanda excels in creating authentic messaging that resonates with audiences and supports mental health initiatives.

Living by the beach in Wilmington, NC, Amanda finds inspiration in coastal living and loves traveling to explore new places. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Franco, and staying connected to her community. Passionate and creative, Amanda is excited to support LMR’s mission of empowering mental health organizations to make a difference.

Brooke Pendergrass, Assistant Account Manager

Brooke is a seasoned digital marketing and creative professional with over five years of experience in the industry. She has been immersed in the dynamic world of marketing since 2019, bringing a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight to every project.

With a strong background in content creation, social media management, and data-driven digital strategy, Brooke has successfully collaborated with a variety of clients and industries to create engaging campaigns that drive measurable results. She is passionate about designing eye-catching content and utilizing analytics to optimize performance, ensuring her clients’ visions come to life in impactful ways.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys exploring the great outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and riding her ATV or motorcycle. When she’s not adventuring, she might be indulging in a little TikTok inspiration.
