Assistant Account managers can expect to start between $23 and $26/hour. We have opportunities for raises regularly as well as opportunities for promotions/advancement at the company if that is of interest to you!

About The Job Position & What We’re Looking For
LMR Digital provides website design & development, SEO, Paid Ad Campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Etc), Weekly email newsletters, blogs, and more. Assistant account managers play a role in ALL of these services. Assistant Account Managers are some of the highest ranking employees at LMR so you will play a key role in our client’s strategies and execution. An assistant account manager’s role will vary but tasks and responsibilities may include:
- Yoast Optimization and other SEO related tasks
- Building web pages
- Creating newsletters
- Posting and optimizing blogs
- Creating social media content
- Scheduling social media content
- Responding to social media comments
- More!
Note that other members of the team will also participate in these tasks.
- Experience with Divi WordPress Builder
- Excellent eye for design
- Proficient with Canva
- Proficient with Reels
- Understanding of email marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of social media marketing
- Any and all SEO experience is a plus! But experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yoast, and Ahref are all fantastic.
- Proficient with Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Great communication & organization skills
Note that LMR provides extensive training. We do not expect you to be proficient in every single area!
