This position will have a base salary plus commission (make up to $120,000/year).

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Relationship and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for therapists or professionals with a strong background in mental and behavioral health who are looking to pivot into a sales-oriented position while still making a significant impact within their industry. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of empathy, industry knowledge, and a keen interest in digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial sales consultations with potential clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored digital marketing strategies.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with LMR Digital.
- Serve as a bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring that client needs are clearly understood and met.
- Continuously gather and relay client feedback to the team, contributing to the enhancement of our services and client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies within the mental and behavioral health sector, positioning LMR as a thought leader and trusted partner.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen your knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques.
Ideal Candidate
- Current or former therapist with a deep understanding of the mental and behavioral health space.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn and master new sales techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and propose effective digital marketing solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
